電渦流測功機（jī）主要加載範疇

　　電渦流測功機（jī）是目前（qián）國內（nèi）先（xiān）進的加載測功設備，主要用來（lái）測量各種動力（lì）裝置（zhì）的機械性能。DW及DWD係列主要由旋轉部分(感應盤)、擺動（dòng）部分（fèn）(電樞和勵磁部分)、測力部分（fèn）和校正部分組成。

　　勵磁繞組通電後，產生一個閉合（hé）磁通。當感應盤(齒（chǐ）狀)旋轉時，氣隙磁密隨之發生周期性變化，感（gǎn）應出渦流，由於“渦流”和磁場的（de）耦合作用，在轉子上產生製動力矩，而在電樞體上則產（chǎn）生（shēng）與拖（tuō）動力矩相同的轉矩，並經裝在電樞體四氟上的力傳（chuán）感器檢測出來，從而達到測試扭矩的目的。 在轉速測量上，采用非（fēi）接觸（chù）式的磁電式轉速傳感器，將轉速信號轉換（huàn）成電信號輸出。

　　本機適用於中、小型功率電機、汽車、內燃機、燃氣（qì）輪機、水輪機、工程機械、林業、礦山、石油鑽采等（děng）機械的性能試驗，也可作為其它（tā）動力設備的吸功裝置消（xiāo）聲設備。

　　Eddy current dynamometer is the advanced load dynamometer equipment, mainly used to measure the mechanical properties of various power plant. In the speed measurements, using non-contact magnetic-electric speed sensor, the output speed signals into electrical signals.

　　This machine suitable for medium and small-power motors, automobiless, internal combustion engines, gas turbines, turbine, engineering, machinery, forestry, mining, oil drilling and other mechanical performance tests, but also other power equipment can be used as the suction power device muffler equipment.
